(1) Mixing part
The mixing part is to mix excrement or organic waste with a high moisture content of about 75% with biomass and fermentation bacteria according to a certain proportion, and adjust the moisture content, C:N, air permeability, etc. to achieve fermentation conditions. (2) Aerobic fermenter part
The process can be divided into a rapid heating stage, a high temperature stage, and a cooling stage.
The material enters the fermenter and is rapidly decomposed within 24-48 hours under the action of aerobic bacteria, and the heat released makes the temperature of the material rise rapidly. Through the air supply and aeration system, oxygen is evenly supplied to the fermentation tank to meet the oxygen demand in the fermentation process, so that the material is fully fermented and decomposed, and the high temperature stage is maintained for 5-7 days. When the decomposition rate slowly decreased, the temperature gradually decreased to below 50 degrees. The entire fermentation process lasts 7-15 days. The temperature rise and ventilation and oxygenation speed up the evaporation of the moisture of the material, and the exhaust gas and water vapor are discharged through the deodorizer through the deodorization system, thereby reducing the volume of the material and achieving the management of compost manure.
3) Automatic feeding part
The materials in the fermentation chamber are stirred by the main shaft and fall layer by layer under the action of gravity. After fermentation, they are discharged as organic fertilizer raw materials, with a moisture content of less than 40%, to realize the resource utilization of organic waste. After the organic fertilizer raw materials are released and stored in the organic fertilizer warehouse for 20-30 days, the temperature will decrease more steadily, and you can use animal waste as fertilizer.
