1. 2. When the bearing part of the reducer is burned or accompanied with noise, it should be shut down for repair in time and refuel.

3. When the bearing parts at both ends of the main engine bearing chamber are hot or noisy, please stop the machine maintenance and add butter. During normal operation, the bearing cavity is filled with grease every 5-6 days.

4. Pay attention to find out the operation rules of the machine; for example, if the temperature of the machine is high or low, the speed is fast or slow, it can be handled in time according to the situation.

5. When the fuselage is unstable, check whether the gap between the couplings is too tight, and adjust and loosen it in time.

Application Skills of Straw Crushing Machine

Application skills of straw crusher:
(1) The machine should be fixed on the ground and can be fixed with cement. If the working place needs to be changed frequently, the crusher and motor should be installed on the frame made of angle steel.

(2) After installation, carefully check whether the machine is firmly installed. Whether the motor shaft and pulverizer shaft are parallel, at the same time, check whether the drive belt tightness is appropriate.

(3) Before starting, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the operation is flexible and normal, whether there is collision in the casing, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct, and whether the lubrication of the motor and crusher is good.

(4) Do not change the belt wheel of the grinder frequently, in case the speed is too high or too low.

(5) After the machine is started, it should be idled for 2 to 3 minutes before feeding.

(6) When working, the machine should feed evenly. If there is noise, the temperature of bearing and body is too high or the material is sprayed out, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

(7) Before crushing, the staff should carefully check the materials to prevent the metal, stone and other hard objects from entering the crushing room and causing accidents.

(8) When feeding, the staff should stand on the side of the straw crusher to prevent being hurt by the anti ejected debris. When crushing long stalks, hands should not be held too tightly to prevent them from being brought in.

(9) Stop feeding before shutdown, and cut off the power supply after the materials in standby are cleared. Cleaning and maintenance should be carried out after shutdown.

(10) After 300 hours of operation, the bearing must be cleaned and the oil must be changed; when loading the oil, it is better to fill 1 / 3 of the bearing seat gap, not more than 1 / 2. When the machine is stopped for a long time, the drive belt should be removed.
