Cooling Of Organic Fertilizer Equipment

Cooling Of Organic Fertilizer Equipment

During the production of organic fertilizer equipment, the material obtains high temperature through the drying process, and then it needs to be cooled. Because water cannot be used for cooling, cooling equipment is required here.

In the cooling section, the rotary cooler is mainly used for cooling the organic fertilizer product after drying. The organic fertilizer production line can directly cool the hot granular material fertilizer to near normal temperature. The material entering the cooler moves forward continuously under the action of the rotation and inclination of the body. At the same time, the induced draft fan is drawn from the rear of the cooler to the head to meet the countercurrent of the material to take away the heat of the material. During the cooling process, the cold wind also takes away part of the moisture. The cooled material is convenient for timely and fast packaging, preventing caking during storage. The machine adopts micro-negative pressure operation, which reduces pollution and improves the working environment. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, stable operation and strong adaptability. The cooled material is conveyed to the sixth section by the belt conveyor.

The organic fertilizer drum cooler is used for the production of compound fertilizer, cooling the fertilizer of a certain temperature and particle size, and is used in conjunction with the dryer. It can greatly improve the cooling speed, reduce labor intensity and increase output. It further removes part of the water and reduces the grain temperature of the compound fertilizer. At the same time, it can be used for cooling other powdery and granular materials. The cooling machine has compact structure, high cooling efficiency, reliable performance and strong adaptability.

The pulley is driven by the motor, and is transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer. The material is added from the feed end and passes through the inside of the cylinder. Under the suction of the induced draft fan (used with this machine), the air flow inside the cylinder is accelerated, and the lifting plate installed on the inner wall of the cylinder continuously turns the material up, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform cooling. The cooled material flows out from the discharge port. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the material will continue to enter in order to achieve mass production (note that the machine is used in conjunction with the fertilizer drum dryer).
