The Production Process of Cow Manure Organic Fertilizer and Its Advantages
People who are engaged in agriculture and breeding industry know that fertilization with unripe cow manure has low effect and can cause damage to the rhizomes of crops. Fermented cow dung has high fertilizer efficiency.
If cow dung is made into organic fertilizer, the fertilization effect will be even better. Because cow dung contains a lot of nutrients needed for crop growth, processing and utilization can not only reduce the pollution of cow dung to the environment, and solve the problem of manure treatment in farms, it can also be a good profitable project. If a cow produces about 30-40 kg of excrement per day, a cattle farm with 500 cows can build a small organic fertilizer production line. So what are the production processes of cow dung organic fertilizer, let’s briefly introduce it next.
Fermentation: Add organic solid waste such as straw, wood chips, etc. with moisture content of less than 60% to fresh cow manure, and mix it as an auxiliary material with microbial fermentation inoculants to regulate moisture, aeration, and carbon-nitrogen ratio. The water content of cow dung is controlled at about 68%, and it is fully decomposed, sterilized, deodorized, and dewatered through fermentation equipment. The moisture content of the decomposed material is generally in the range of 30-35%.
Ingredients crushing and mixing: Ingredients crushing and mixing use the ingredient bin to pass the composted materials, and other additives and other raw materials in a certain proportion through the material crusher and horizontal mixer for crushing, proportioning and mixing.
Granulation: Use an organic fertilizer granulator to make granules of the treated cow dung.
Screening: The granular material output from the granulation forming system has a certain difference in particle size and needs to be screened and classified. It is recommended to be equipped with an automatic material return system to screen out unqualified large and small particles, convey them through a belt elevator, and send them to the granulator to continue granulation after re-pulverization, which helps to improve the continuous operation capacity of the production line.
Drying: Use organic fertilizer drying equipment to further remove moisture from the material and solidify it to reach the standard moisture content of organic fertilizer.
Cooling: The cooler cools the granular material, which helps the granule storage and quality.
Packing: The cooled granular materials are transported into the finished product warehouse through the bucket elevator. Granular materials can be quantitatively weighed and packaged through automatic packaging scales.
Advantages of cow manure organic fertilizer: cow manure organic fertilizer will also add a lot of organic matter to your soil. By mixing this compost into the soil, you can increase the moisture retention capacity of the soil. This reduces moisture, because the roots of the plant can use extra moisture and nutrients when needed. Welcome to leave comments.
